Shipping policy
At Azules, we’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth and reliable. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will be delivered.
Processing Time
- In-stock items: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.
- Pre-order items (if applicable): Check the product page for the estimated shipping date.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays
Shipping Within the United States
- Azules ships from the U.S. to U.S. addresses only.
- We currently do not ship internationally.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout directly from UPS, based on your order’s weight and destination.
- Free Economy Shipping (5–8 business days) is automatically applied on all orders over $50.
Delivery Estimates
- Total delivery time = Processing Time (1–3 business days) + Carrier Shipping Time (varies by UPS service).
- Example: An in-stock order shipped with UPS Ground may take 4–7 business days total.
Shipping Restrictions
- Remote areas not covered: We do not ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands, or Hawaii/Alaska at this time.

Address limits:
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not supported.
- P.O. Boxes are only supported for Economy Shipping.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier issues
- High-volume holiday periods
