How do I return an item?
You can start a return directly through your customer account, no need to email us first. Just log in, select your order, choose the item(s) you’d like to return, and submit your request.
Important note: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us directly via chat or at Support@Azuless.com instead of using the self-serve return.
What is your return window?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached.
Are there items I can’t return?
Yes. Final Sale and Clearance items cannot be returned or refunded. Matching sets must also be returned together.
How much does shipping cost?
- Free Economy Shipping (5–8 business days) on all U.S. orders $50+
- For smaller orders or faster delivery, shipping is calculated at checkout based on UPS rates.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not yet. We currently ship within the U.S. only.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping option you select:
- Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days (free on $50+)

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If this happens, please contact us directly via chat or at Support@Azuless.com instead of using the self-serve return within 5 days of delivery and include the photo of the damaged/incorrect item. We’ll cover the return shipping and send you a full refund.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
We don’t offer direct exchanges right now. If you’d like a different size or color, place a new order once your refund is processed.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because orders move quickly through processing, we can’t guarantee cancellations or changes. If needed, you can request a return once your order arrives.
How do I know which size to order?
Every body is beautifully different — that’s why our clothes are designed for sizes S–3X with flattering, comfortable fits. Check our Size Guide for exact measurements to help you find your perfect fit.
Where are your products made?
Every Azules piece is proudly designed in Los Angeles and sewn in Baja California, supporting ethical North American production.
What materials are Azules products made from?
Most of our pieces are made from a soft, breathable blend of 95% rayon and 5% spandex which is ultra-soft, lightweight, and stretchy for comfort and durability.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to show colors as accurately as possible. Slight differences may occur due to lighting or monitor settings.
Is the cardigan suitable for all seasons?
Yes, The lightweight fabric, makes it a versatile piece that can be worn during
any season. Layer it over a tank top in summer or over a long-sleeve shirt in cooler months.
Is the fabric breathable?
Yes, the fabric is lightweight and breathable, making it comfortable to wear in various climates without overheating.
How should I care for my Azules products?
We recommend machine washing on a gentle cycle with cold water. Avoid using bleach, and hang or lay flat to dry to maintain the shape and fabric quality.
